The 9th Asian Winter Games were held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province from 7 February to 14 February 2025. It was another major comprehensive international winter‑sports gala hosted by China following the Beijing Winter Olympics, and the third Asian Winter Games held in China after the 1996 Harbin Asian Winter Games and the 2007 Changchun Asian Winter Games. The official emblem “Beyond”, Amur‑tiger mascots “Binbin” and “Nini”, together with the motto “Dream of Winter, Love among Asia”, convey the vision for athletes from all Asian countries and regions to demonstrate the charm of winter sports, surpass themselves and fulfil their dreams. It also represents people across Asia enhancing solidarity and friendship with sincerity and passion, pursuing peaceful development and building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Produced in hexagonal format, the stamp features the mascots Binbin and Nini as main visual elements, complemented by the official emblem and core graphic motifs. With prominent theme, modern minimalist composition and bright clean colour palette, it fully reflects the characteristics of this edition of the Asian Winter Games. Printed with high‑line‑count photogravure, it uses blue as base tone plus special pearlescent material to enrich background layers. Snow‑flake‑shaped special perforations and snow‑flake colour marks integrate craft and winter‑sports theme to highlight icy‑snow aesthetics of the host city. Fluorescent ink brings dynamic passionate sport effects under ultraviolet light.

第九届亚洲冬季运动会于2025年2月7日至14日在黑龙江哈尔滨举行。这是继北京冬奥会后，我国举办的又一重大综合性国际冰雪运动盛会，也是继1996年哈尔滨亚冬会和2007年长春亚冬会后，我国第三次举办亚冬会。本届亚冬会的会徽“超越”、东北虎造型的吉祥物“滨滨”“妮妮”和口号“冰雪同梦，亚洲同心（Dream of Winter, Love among Asia）”，寓意亚洲各国各地区运动员在亚冬会这一广阔舞台展现冰雪运动魅力、不断超越自我、实现人生梦想，也展现亚洲各国各地区人民以真诚和热情增进团结和友谊，表达追求和平发展、共建人类命运共同体的美好愿景。

该套邮票采用六边形票幅，以本届亚冬会的吉祥物“滨滨”“妮妮”为画面主体，辅以会徽及部分核心图形进行表现。画面主题突出、构图简约现代、色调纯净明快，充分展现出本届亚冬会的鲜明特色。该套邮票采用高网线影写版印刷工艺，以蓝色为衬底基调，配合特种珠光材料，增强背景视觉效果，丰富视觉层次。同时辅以雪花型异形齿孔和雪花色标，将工艺与主题融为一体，突出亚洲冬季运动会举办地的冰雪美感。荧光油墨的运用，在紫外灯光下，烘托出运动的激情与热烈。

Los 9.º Juegos Asiáticos de Invierno se celebraron en Harbin, provincia de Heilongjiang, del 7 al 14 de febrero de 2025. Fue otro gran evento internacional integral de deportes de invierno organizado por China tras los Juegos Olímpicos de Pekín, y la tercera edición celebrada en nuestro país, después de Harbin 1996 y Changchun 2007. El emblema “Más Allá”, las mascotas de tigre siberiano “Binbin” y “Nini”, junto con el lema “Dream of Winter, Love among Asia”, simbolizan que atletas de todos los países y regiones asiáticos muestran el encanto de los deportes de nieve y hielo, se superan a sí mismos y cumplen sus sueños. Expresa también el deseo de los pueblos asiáticos de fortalecer la solidaridad y la amistad, buscar el desarrollo pacífico y construir una comunidad de destino compartido para la humanidad.

El sello tiene formato hexagonal, con las mascotas Binbin y Nini como protagonistas, acompañadas por el emblema y gráficos principales. Cuenta con tema destacado, composición moderna y colores claros y vivos, reflejando plenamente las características de los Juegos. Impreso con huecograbado fotográfico de alta trama, usa el azul como tono base y material perlado especial para enriquecer las capas visuales. Cuenta con perforaciones irregulares en forma de copo de nieve y marcas de color de nieve, uniendo técnica y temática para resaltar la estética invernal de la sede. عُقدت الألعاب الآسيوية الشتوية التاسعة في مدينة هاربين بمقاطعة هيلونغجيانغ من 7 فبراير إلى 14 فبراير عام 2025. وهي حدث رياضي شتوي دولي كبير آخر استضافته الصين بعد أولمبياد بكين الشتوي، وهي النسخة الثالثة من الألعاب الآسيوية الشتوية التي تستضيفها بلادنا، بعد هاربين عام 1996 وتشانغتشون عام 2007. الشعار الرسمي «التجاوز»، والتميمتان على شكل نمر منشوري «بين بين» و«ني ني»، والشعار «حلم الشتاء، حب بين آسيا» ترمز إلى أن رياضيين من جميع دول ومناطق آسيا يعرضون سحر الرياضات الثلجية، ويتجاوزون أنفسهم ويحققون أحلامهم. كما يعبر عن رغبة شعوب آسيا في تعزيز التضامن والصداقة، والسعي نحو التنمية السلمية، وبناء مجتمع مصير مشترك للبشرية.

يأتي الطابع بتصميم سداسي، ويبرز التميمتان «بين بين» و«ني ني» كعنصر رئيسي، مع الشعار الرسمي والرسومات الأساسية. يتميز بموضوع واضح، تكوين عصري بسيط وألوان نقية ومشرقة تعكس سمات هذه الألعاب. تم طباعته بتقنية الطباعة الغائرة عالية الخطوط، حيث اللون الأزرق هو اللون الأساسي، مع مادة لؤلؤية خاصة لإثراء الطبقات البصرية. كما تم استخدام ثقوب غير منتظمة على شكل رقاقة الثلج وعلامات لونية ثلجية، لدمج التقنية مع الموضوع وإبراز جمال الثلوج في مدينة الاستضافة. والحبر الفلوري يُظهر حماس الرياضة تحت ضوء الأشعة فوق البنفسجية.
