On 15 January 1955, the Party Central Committee made a strategic decision to develop China’s atomic‑energy industry, marking the birth of China’s nuclear industry. From the “Founding Stone” to the extraordinary achievement of “Two Bombs, One Submarine”, from “Glory of the Nation” to national‑name‑card‑level accomplishments, the nuclear industry has made outstanding contributions to consolidating national security and bolstering the nation’s backbone. Over the past 70 years, China’s nuclear industry has fully served national strategies, strived for self‑reliance in science and technology, integrated into new‑development patterns, expanded high‑level international cooperation, balanced development and security, and continuously unleashed development vitality and driving force.

The stamp set combines flat graphic design with hand‑drawn illustrations, showing the extraordinary course and brilliant achievements of China’s nuclear industry growing from scratch. The first stamp Forging Nuclear Might features atomic bomb, hydrogen bomb and nuclear‑powered submarine. The second stamp Pioneer of Nuclear Energy takes Qinshan Nuclear Power Base as background, visualizing the three‑step nuclear‑energy strategy including Hualong‑One, China Experimental Fast Reactor and the new‑generation artificial‑sun device China HL‑3. The third stamp Nuclear‑powered Benefits for People’s Livelihood depicts domestic gamma‑knife medical equipment, radiopharmaceutical vials, accelerators, security inspection and radiation‑breeding technology, demonstrating nuclear‑technology applications in medical treatment, safety and agriculture. Printed with high‑line‑count photogravure, the stamps deliver vivid colours, distinct layers. Gradient processing and reduced over‑printing create harmonious visual effects and improve overall aesthetic quality.

该套邮票图案采用平面设计结合手绘的方式表现，展现中国核工业从无到有、从小到大的伟大历程和辉煌成就。第一枚“核铸利器”，以原子弹、氢弹、核潜艇为设计元素；第二枚“核能先锋”，以秦山核电基地为背景，画面前景体现核能“三步走”战略，表现“华龙一号”、中国实验快堆、新一代人造太阳“中国环流三号”；第三枚“核惠民生”，表现医疗装备‑国产伽马刀、放药玻璃瓶、加速器、安检与辐照育种，体现核能在医疗、安全、农业等领域的应用。该套邮票采用高网线影写印刷工艺，得益于影写工艺的高饱和度和色彩鲜艳度，邮票主体突出，层次分明。为更好地表现主体内容，印制中着重渐变处理并尽量减少颜色叠印，形成了和谐统一的视觉效果，增强邮票整体美感。

في 15 يناير 1955، اتخذت اللجنة المركزية للحزب القرار الاستراتيجي بتطوير صناعة الطاقة الذرية في بلادنا، فانطلقت الصناعة النووية الصينية. من «حجر التأسيس» إلى الإنجاز الهائل «قنبلتان نوويتان وغواصة نووية»، ومن «مجد الوطن» إلى إنجازات تعتبر بطاقة هوية وطنية، قدمت الصناعة النووية مساهمات بارزة في ترسيخ أسس الأمن الوطني ودعم العمود الفقري للأمة. على مدار السبعين عامًا، خدمت الصناعة النووية الصينية الاستراتيجيات الوطنية بكامل قوتها، وعززت الاعتماد الذاتي في العلوم والتقنية، وتكاملت مع نموذج التنمية الجديد، وسعت لتوسيع التعاون الدولي رفيع المستوى، وأحسنت التوازن بين التنمية والأمن، وزادت حيويتها وقوة دفعها باستمرار.
