College students are the most active and energetic force in the whole society, and they are the “dream chasers” of the times, and every college student has a dream in his heart; the World University Games is a grand event for college students from all over the world to compete and communicate with each other, and it is also a stage for gathering the dreams of youth. The 31st Summer Universiade was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from July 28 to August 8, 2023. The Universiade will witness college athletes from all over the world sweating here, challenging their limits and realizing their dreams. The design of the emblem is based on the corresponding English initials “U” of the Universiade, and combines the two typical Chinese elements of “Sun God Bird” and “Phoenix”, which is composed of four gradient color blocks of vermilion, bright yellow, emerald green and lake blue, which is in line with the logo elements of the International Federation of University Sports Federation;
The stamps were designed by Shen Jiahong, with the emblem and mascot of the Chengdu Universiade as the main body of the picture, and the background and local motifs are the standard auxiliary graphics of the 31st Universiade – the sun god bird, and embellished with beautiful and jumping standard colors of the games. The position of the ticket crossing the bridge highlights the slogan of the sports meeting “Chengdu achieves dreams”, and the overall picture is fashionable and bright.

邮票由沈嘉宏设计，分别以成都大运会会徽、吉祥物为画面主体，背景及局部图案采用31届大运会的标准辅助图形——太阳神鸟，并点缀靓丽、跳跃的运动会标准色。版票过桥位置突出表现此次运动会的口号“成都成就梦想”，整体画面时尚、明快。

El diseño del emblema se basa en las correspondientes iniciales inglesas “U” de la Universiada, y combina los dos elementos típicos chinos de “Sun God Bird” y “Phoenix”, que se compone de cuatro bloques de color degradados de bermellón, amarillo brillante, verde esmeralda y azul lago, que está en línea con los elementos del logotipo de la Federación Internacional de Federaciones de Deportes Universitarios;
Los sellos fueron diseñados por Shen Jiahong, con el emblema y la mascota de la Universiada de Chengdu como el cuerpo principal de la imagen, y el fondo y los motivos locales son los gráficos auxiliares estándar de la 31ª Universiada: el pájaro dios del sol, y adornados con hermosos y saltarines colores estándar de los juegos. La posición del boleto que cruza el puente resalta el lema de la reunión deportiva “Chengdu logra sueños”, y la imagen general es moderna y brillante.
