《中苏友好同盟互助条约》于1950年2月14日在克里姆林宫签订。周恩来和维辛斯基分别代表两国签字。《中苏友好同盟互助条约》的签订，对于巩固中苏两国人民之间的友好关系，保障中苏两国的安全，促进两国的经济发展，维护当时远东和世界和平事业以及共同反对帝国主义的斗争，曾经起过重要的积极作用。
