STAMP ISSUE “70th ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA”
At the moment of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the new China, there is also the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the reunification of Macao with the Motherland, Macao Post and Telecommunications, China Post and Hongkong Post are jointly issue the stamp theme “70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China” on 1st October, 2019. This is the eleventh joint issue of the three postal administrations. This issue includes a set of four stamps and one souvenir sheet.
The current China is in a vigorous modernization road in the extensive and profound reform to push the socialism with Chinese characteristics to the new era, and is getting closer to the center of the world stage to keep making greater contribution for all mankind. Our Chinese people leaped in the process of rising up, being wealthy and being powerful, fulfilling a promising future of the realization of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the current Macao, you could really feel the social atmosphere of “A small city full of stories and happiness”. All of these imply that the practice of “one country, two systems” in Macao is recognized a great success. It also proves that the policy is also the best one for Macao to keep the long-term stability and prosperity after the returning.
Prestige Stamp Booklet 2019-23
The Prestige Stamp Booklet jointly issued by China Post, Hongkong Post and Macao Post and Telecommunications, in which the souvenir sheets issued by the three postal administrations under this stamp theme are presented in booklet format of se-tenant style, the face value for the three souvenir sheets are as: RMB6.00, HKD10.00 and MOP12.00 respectively.

邮票赏析及背景介绍：
2019年是中华人民共和国成立70周年。70年砥砺奋进，中国共产党紧紧依靠人民，跨过一道又一道沟坎，取得一个又一个胜利，创造了人类发展史上惊天动地的奇迹，让中华文明在现代化进程中焕发出新的蓬勃生机，让科学社会主义在21世纪焕发出新的蓬勃生机，使中华民族焕发出新的蓬勃生机。
在庆祝新中国成立70周年之际，中国邮政发行《中华人民共和国成立七十周年》纪念邮票，展示祖国在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明等方面取得的巨大成就。
邮票设计采用壁画的构图特点和连票的设计形式，既庄重大方，又风格清新。邮票第一图画面运用城市建设、高铁、航空航天、通信和互联网、智能装备制造等元素，配以劳动者的形象，表现了“经济持续健康发展”的主题；第二图画面运用人民大会堂、法律文本等元素，配以人大代表、政协委员等形象，表现推进社会主义民主政治制度化、规范化、程序化，体现了“社会主义民主政治推进”的内涵；第三图画面以国家博物馆、国家大剧院、国家体育场等公共文化设施，配以舞蹈演员、运动员等形象，展现“文化繁荣兴盛”的概念；第四图画面运用代表教育、医疗、社会保障的元素，配以少年儿童等形象，表现人民的获得感、幸福感、安全感更加充实、更有保障、更可持续，突出“人民生活不断改善”的主题；第五图画面内容为青山绿水、一望无垠的广袤森林等元素，配以植树的母子形象，表现了宁静、和谐、美丽的自然环境，烘托了“建设美丽中国”的主题。小型张邮票图案为衬以牡丹花图案的数字“70”以及扬帆起航的巨轮，边饰图案则以各族人民载歌载舞的欢庆画面，表现“祝福祖国”70华诞的寓意。
该套邮票由原艺珊设计，小型张56个民族原画作者为何洁、何忠、冯小红，北京邮票厂影写版工艺印制。
