The 4th Congress of All-China Philatelic Federation (ACPF) was held in Beijing on Nov.17, 1994. Set up on Jan. 30, 1982, the ACPF was admitted as a full member by the International Philatelic Federation and the Inter-Asia Philatelic Federation respectively in 1983.
