3-1为“跟着毛主席在大风大浪中前进”。主图由在风浪中游泳的人群和两幅横幅构成。　横幅上写有 “跟着毛主席在大风大浪中前进”和“到大江大海去锻炼”的字样。
3-2为“万里长江横渡”。主图是横渡长江的青年民兵，背景是红太阳和长江大桥。
3-3为“到大江大海去锻炼”。主图是青年人正走向波涛汹涌的大海。
